At Subam Jewellery, we strive to accommodate our customers’ needs. We understand that plans may change and provide you with the ability to cancel your order under the following terms:
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- Orders can be canceled at no charge up to 24 hours after placing the order.
- If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund by contacting our customer service team.
After Shipment:
- Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final, and cancellation cannot be processed. You may, however, return the product according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order details and state your desire to cancel.
- If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will initiate the process and confirm the cancellation by email.
Processing Refunds
If a cancellation is confirmed before shipment:
- A full refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 business days.
Please note:
- Orders that are already in the shipping process cannot be canceled.
- Special orders or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once the production has commenced.
